Fairy Ring
concrete, steel, bolt
2024
150*150*11 cm
"Fairy Ring" is an installation that captures the tension and harmony between
industrial and organic forms. Utilizing concrete, steel, and bolts, this piece reflects the
artist's interest in the dynamic interplay of creation and decay. The circular
arrangement of the concrete mushroom wheels, set on steel stands and connected
by a trail of debris, evokes the natural phenomenon of fairy rings in fungi. The work
invites viewers to contemplate the cyclical nature of growth and destruction, as well
as the aesthetic found in imperfection and decay.
